Rental mobile home on Oleron island : 4 pers covered wooden terrace (Model 6)

Description of the rental:

2/4 pers 2 bedrooms. wooden deck

2 bedrooms: 1 double bed (140 × 190), 2 single beds (80 × 190).

Living area.
Kitchen: cooktop sink, microwave, coffee maker and 130L fridge / freezer.
Bathroom : shower, sink and separate toilet.
Content: blankets, pillows (sheets not supplied), kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, cleaning kit and outdoor furniture.
Terrace uncovered wood (beach umbrella not provided).
All the rentals have a kitchen corner equipped, fridge, cooktop and microwave, crockery, coffee maker, bedding with blankets and pillows EXCEPT the bed sheets.

• RENTAL from SATURDAY to SATURDAY and from WEDNESDAY to WEDNESDAY (July and August from 4 pm and off-season from 2:30 pm)

Rental rates include: water, electricity, dishes, bed linen (except bed sheets) and tourist tax.

The deposit required for rentals is 25% + 18 EUR (administration fees). The security Deposits to be paid on the spot on the day of arrival are 230 EUR for possible damage + 70 EUR for the cleaning either by check or credit card. Deposits are returned by mail or destroyed after inventory and verification is done by one of our staff members. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Possibility of nightly rates for a minimum of 2 nights except July and August.

Additional services :

• Pet: EUR 21 / week or EUR 4 / day
• Bed linen rental: 16 EUR per pair
• Access to the swimming pool from 01/07 to 30/09 ( swimming short is not accepted)
• wifi point: reception area 10 euros / week per device.

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm in July and August, prepare the deposit of 230 euros and 70 euros for the cleaning deposit. (Security deposits)
The vaccination certificate of the animals is mandatory and will be asked upon your arrival.

Any interrupted or abridged stay or any service not consumed by the vacationer for any reason whatsoever does not give the right to any refund or postponement of the stay or the service.
